For quick and exact BOMA Calculations as-build floor plans in CAD-format are required. In case of absence of as-build documentation or CAD-drawings additional service of measuring office buildings and generating CAD-drawings is provided. Vectorization of paper drawings and verification of basic dimensions of a building are also possible
As a result, colored floor plans indicating non-rentable areas, floor common areas, building common areas and store/office areas are provided to the Client.  A detailed spreadsheet is prepared and provided, showing in detail all calculations.

 

- Examination of existing BOMA Area Calculations and consultations on BOMA Standard implementation.

We offer an independent examination of existing BOMA Area Calculations in order to check them for compliance with ANSI/BOMA Standard Z65.1. Expert's report is provided to the Client with links to the Standard, if discrepancies with the Standard are found. We also offer consultations on BOMA Standard implementation for all interested parties.
